Foskor 2025 Leadership and Management Development Programme’s Across Acid and Mining Division
Foskor has officially launched the Leadership and Management Development Programme for employees across the Acid and Mining Division in 2023 to reinforce the company’s commitment to building internal capacity and ensure succession readiness.
The programmes are designed to equip current and emerging leaders with practical skills in strategic decision-making, people management, operational excellence and safety leadership. Through a mix of facilitated workshops, mentorship, and on-going practical application, participants have strengthened their ability to lead teams and drive business performance in line with Foskor’s strategic objectives.
The 2023-2025 cohort includes employees identified through performance reviews and talent reviews, representing a cross-section of technical, operational and support functions.
“What we sell to the market is skills and capabilities, without them, there would be no product.” says the Vice President of Human Capital & Corporate Affairs, reiterating the investment of Foskor growing its own timber.
